Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

As all our products are hand made, some may be ever so slightly different to the picture in the listing. We tried very hard to keep our products consistent, but unfortunately no pebble is the same. Rest assured the quality will be as good as what you see in the listings.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

All purchases will be available to view in your account section. View your account.

How can I return an item?

As most of our items are hand made to order and usually personalised, we only accept returns if the item is damaged, or significantely different to the description on our listing.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

If any of our items are showing out of stock, we will of course, if possible endeavour to make the item for you if material supply permits. Please contact us for any specific needs.

Where can I have my order delivered?

Unfortunately due to fraud, we will only deliver items to the address on your account.
